Polka Dot Pals Daisy

Hello friends!  Today I have another card that I have entered into the Birthday Challenge at Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I used Polka Dot Pals Daisy.

I paper pieced her dress and headband, then colored the rest with Copics.  I sponged pearlescent sky blue around the edges.  The border was cut with a Memory Box die, called Tessatina.  This is for Challenge 79-Happy Birthday.

Just a few hours left to play along.  Thanks for stopping by!

Janice

More Coloring FUN! Make It Crafty

Hello friends!  Just wanted to share a few cards with you using Make It Crafty Digital stamps.   I used Summer Dreams and Sunflower Garden to make this card.  I was inspired by Zoe's beautiful card here.  When I saw her card, I just had to have her!  Since I am longing for warmer days I paired Summer Dreams with Sunflower Garden.  This scene definitely feels like summer!

I used Copics and colored pencils to color her up!  Next I used Classy Victoria to make this sweet card.  I still need lots of practice with those ruffles, but I think she is not too bad!

I used Bailey Blowing Kisses for my final card.  I made this card for my niece's little girl.  She has received it already so I am sharing it with you.  She was colored with Polychromos colored pencil.  Isn't she a cutie?

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Janice

Make It Crafty FB DT Inspiration

Hello friends!  Today I have some Make It Crafty inspiration.  This months dollar digi is Whoopsie Cupid.  To purchase him for one dollar, just join the Make It Crafty private facebook group and ask for the special code.  Make It Crafty is a great place to hang out if you love to color, and meet some friendly, talented people.

I used Copics and Polychromo colored pencils to color this fun stamp.  I also used the Grass digi stamp.  The leaves were cut from a Lawn Fawn die and the clouds, from a My Creative Time stitched cartoon cloud die.  I used the current MiC FB sketch challenge #6.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great day!

Janice

Make It Crafty DT Inspiration

Hello friends!  Here are a few cards I made as inspiration for the Make It Colourful February Challenge 6.  I hope you will give it a try.  The results can be quite stunning.

First up is Sweet Stephanie.  I also used Cobblestone Path and the Flower Tree Branch that I added a bird to.

Next I used Classy Victoria.  She was a dream to color.

And finally, this is Carefree Elise paired with Pebblestone Patch.  I think it is fair to say that I enjoyed this Colourful Challenge and I really love the Carefree Women Digi Stamps.

As always, thanks so much for stopping by!

Hugs and smiles,
Janice

Love is in the Air at Make It Crafty

Love is in the air at Make it Crafty and not just because we have new images but because we have a new illustrator too!
Victoria has such a cute style and her images are perfect for colouring enthusiasts of all levels. The style is simple enough for beginners to practise blending yet offer flexibility for the more adventurous colourer to add detail to clothing and hair.
We hope you love this new collection as much as we do and to help celebrate we thought we would have a fun blog hop to showcase the new release.
If you're already floating on the MiC Love Balloon, you should have arrived from Erin's blog , though if you're just joining us and want to join the fun, pop on over to Zoe's Blog Here
PRIZES
It wouldn’t be a Make it Crafty blog hop without prizes so we’ve got hidden prizes along the way randomly drawn from the comments section.   Random winners will be announced on the MiC Store Blog on  Monday, February 10th.
DISCOUNTS
PLUS, between now and Sunday 9th, you can order the collection at a discount of 30%, normally discounted at 15%. You don’t need any codes! It’s automatically reduced in store.

For my project I used Phillip in Love.

Isn't he a handsome guy?  I used Copics and color pencils to color him up.  He is ready to deliver some roses to his sweetheart Toni heart balloon.

She was also colored with Copics and color pencils.  The heart border on both cards was made with a Martha Stewart punch

To continue floating on the MiC Love Balloon, head on over to Faye's blog, but before you go, don't forget to leave a comment as I may have one of the lucky hidden prizes!
Thank you so much for joining the fun at MiC and we all hope that you love this new collection of images as much as we do.
